Welcome to Race Storm Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). We develop mobile applications and games that are published on platforms such as the Google Play Store and the Amazon Appstore. Your privacy is important to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile games.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or play our applications.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways when you interact with our games. This information is primarily collected automatically through third-party services and Software Development Kits (SDKs) integrated into our apps:

- Gameplay and Usage Data: We may collect data relating to your activities within our games, such as levels completed, game progress, achievements unlocked, gameplay duration, click logs, and performance metrics (crash logs and load times).
- Location Information: We do not collect precise GPS location data. However, we may collect approximate location information (country or city level) derived from your IP address to deliver localized content and advertisements.

- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our game terms of service.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertising Networks
Our applications contain integrations with third-party service providers and advertising networks to show advertisements and gather analytics. These third parties may collect, use, and process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We integrate services from the following major ad networks and platforms:

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
We respect the privacy of children. Many of our games are intended for general audiences. However, we take additional measures to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
- If an application is directed toward children under the age of 13, we do not collect personal information (such as precise location or unique device identifiers for profiling) unless permitted by COPPA or after obtaining verifiable parental consent.
- Our ad networks are configured to serve only non-personalized, contextual ads in games directed at child audiences or when the user identifies as under-age.
5. CCPA and GDPR Privacy Rights
Depending on your geographic location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:
- GDPR (European Economic Area): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict processing, object to profiling, and request data portability. If you reside in the EEA, our advertising partners request your consent before serving personalized ads.

You can manage your personalized ad tracking preferences directly inside your mobile device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
6. Security of Your Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. However, please be aware that no security transmission over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
